I’ve never met a Unique Home Stay that I didn’t like and Sundance didn’t disappoint. It can only be described as a converted wagon but in reality it is so much more. As with all Unique Home Stays you know you’re in for a luxurious treat.
Location etc..
Located Trebudannon, New Quay. Conveniently located for several destinations such as Watergate Bay, Padstow and Harlyn Bay. Pricing starts from £750 for a short break. Sleeps 2 people but can accommodate a cot for a baby. For more information head over to Unique Home Stays.
Accommodation
Conservatory, lounge/kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and utility room all sat in a beautiful garden with patio space and lawn with loungers. The property has everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. The wagon portion is the lounge kitchen with the rest of the accommodation being an extension of.
Roll top bath for those like me who can’t resist. A favourite feature, the bathroom has two showers, if you have a partner who likes a different shower temperature to you this is literally the best thing ever.
The decor is beautiful, sympathetic to is surroundings. Beautiful products in the bathroom, a favourite of ours Noble Isle. TV, iPad and Sonos sound system. Plenty of utensils and so on in the kitchen. A hamper stocked with treats.
Con’s
There aren’t really any cons except for if it’s hot. Dare I even go there because I love the sunshine but it got incredibly hot and we found sitting in the conservatory in the day too hot and the loungers didn’t have an umbrella for shade. Because of its location and the beautiful garden there was a little bit of bug attracting going on, making it tricky to leave windows open at night to get some breeze through.
Final Thoughts
We had a great stay at Sundance, I really did love the property. The peacefulness and feeling of being away from it all. It’s a beautiful spot and I felt it wasn’t a bad price for the type of property. When you start creeping into luxury holiday homes it can become incredibly pricey. I loved the little touches like rustic bowls (if you know me you know) and dressing gowns because I rate my stays on this.
