My quest to find the perfect foundation continues but for now I’ve found Nars All Day Luminous Weightless Foundation and I’m pretty much in love.
What I Like
This may not suit everyone. My skin type is oily, I get spots and I get scaring from spots. I like a full coverage, but obviously I want it to be as natural as possible. I like matte because I don’t want to look greasy, but I also want to look like my skin is beautiful and radiant rather than being completely flat and boring. Long wearing is a must, I’m lazy and I do not have time to be patching things up at lunch. Geez fussy much.
A friend of mine has a similar skin type to me, she was wearing this and from her reaction I new I was gonna like it. Her skin looked pretty awesome and her comments were pretty much all positive. I headed straight to Space NK to grab a bottle.
Details
It’s a fairly light liquid, it has a more watery texture rather than a thick creamy texture.
Although it’s light in it’s texture it gives really great coverage I would definitely class it as full coverage foundation.
It’s matte but luminous. Your skin looks radiant but not wet or dewy or greasy.
It will last a full working day (on me) I would however refresh if I was off out after work.
Although it looks fairly natural you can tell you have make up on.
It’s oil free and I don’t find I get really greasy through out the day when I am wearing it.
It sadly does crease a little if you have wrinkles, I avoid the eye area or it will creasy around my eyes.
